RENT- The Option of Month-to-Month Rent will cost you more in your monthly payments, this is considered as Periodic Tenancy. The prices are set based on the owner’s property and listings. When agreeing to the Rent Month to Month option the owner has the right to change agreements at any time.

LEASE - The Option of Lease will cost you less in your monthly payments, this is considered as a contract for specific period of time – often 6 or 12 months. The prices are set based on the owner’s property and listings. When agreeing to the Lease option the owner doesn’t have the right to change any agreements until 1 year of signed agreement and 1 day after is our contract.

REQUIREMENTS TO LEASE OR RENT – Submit Completed Application, Complete Rental/Lease Agreement/Contract paying the Rent/Lease plus the tenant responsible for the property including all bills light, water, gas, trash the upkeep of property renters’/lease insurance you are held responsible and liable for the property. You must do diligent. Construction must be within city guidelines. You must be able to cover your monthly rent or lease. 

You must make 1.5 times the rent. If pets property must be gated. Credit must be 520 and higher Qualification Letter of Approval from Finance Company, Signed Agreement/contract with all parties for Home/Building structure, Copy of ID, Social Security Card, Bill of Residency (utilities) 2 References 2 months bank statement 2 months Employment Renter/Mortgage verification information 2 months proof of payments made on rent, lease or mortgage. SAVE FIX & STAY PROGRAM -The Save Fix and Stay Program is a program that is built around in divisional wanting a Home or Commercial Building Structure Property and is willing to Fix the Property Home or Commercial and stay in the Home or if it is for a Commercial Structured Property to start your business with a monthly low-cost fee to you. The month-to-month option is given to you in case at any time you decide not to move forward on the project of Save Fix and Stay Program you will have to request a 30-day notice in writing to vacate the premises, you will receive your deposit after vacating the property and the program with a $150.00 Cancellation/Transfer fee that comes out of your deposit for the listing that is going back on the Market as well made out to DHM.

BUILD TO LIVE PROGRAM – This Program is for you to purchase your Residential Home from our Residential Home Listing to place on the Land that you will be renting or leasing. The Build to Live Program is the same as the Building Structure Program the only difference is that the Build to Live Program is Residential zoning for homes and Building Structure is Commercial zoning for building structures Businesses. The Build to Live Program is a program that is based on people that are looking to purchase a home or building structure to place on the land at a monthly low cost.
